Our yarn qualities
Each yarn is selected for its durability, tactile richness, and visual character. Every material offers distinct benefits to support different design needs and traffic levels.

Linen
100% Linen Rug
Linen is a natural fibre derived from the flax plant. Its fine texture brings a unique character to rugs, adding elegance and sophistication. Linen pairs beautifully with Hardtwist or Spirit yarns, offering versatility in both cut and loop pile designs. The long fibres create a natural lustre, enhancing visual depth and a refined finish.
Available in 20 colours.
Spirit
100% New Zealand Wool Rug
Wool is a fibre with numerous benefits: warmth, durability, natural flame-retardancy, and dirt-repellency – making it an excellent choice for a tufted wool rug. Spirit is a soft, versatile yarn, ideal for solid colours, blends, or patterned rugs. Its cut pile creates a smooth, velvety surface, perfect for carving relief patterns. A cut-and-loop blend adds a dynamic mélange effect.
Available in 140 colours.

Hardtwist
100% New Zealand Wool Rugs
Wool is a natural, renewable, and biodegradable fibre with excellent insulating properties. It is durable, naturally flame-retardant, and dirt-repellent – making it an ideal choice for wool rugs in public interiors. Hardtwist is a wool yarn with an additional twist that enhances durability. This twist gives the yarn a rich lustre and a surface with more defined texture compared to Spirit yarn, making it ideal for cut, loop, and rya pile applications.
Available in 70 colours.
Vision
50% Wool, 50% Linen
Vision is a mélange yarn craft ed from a blend of wool and linen—two elegant natural fi bres that together create a strong, durable mix. Its matte, coarse texture, combined with a tight twist, produces a distinctively textured surface full of character. Ideal for cut, loop, and rya pile designs, Vision adds a unique and timeless aesthetic to any rug.

Tencel™
100% Lyocell
Tencel is a sustainable cellulose fibre made of wood sourced from FSC or PEFC-certified plantations or forests. The Tencel yarn is covered with a dirt-repellent film that makes rugs easier to keep clean and due to the long fibres, the rugs will shed less compared to other natural materials. The long fibres contribute to a unique light reflection giving a soft shimmering surface which brings a luxurious elegance to any space.
Available in 70 colours.

Our rugs are crafted using four tufting techniques — each with its own visual and tactile character. Whether you want softness, texture, or bold impact, there’s a technique that matches your vision.

loop pile carpets
Best suited for: High-traffic areas such as offices, hallways, and commercial spaces.
Benefits: Loop pile carpets are known for their durability and resistance to wear, making them ideal for areas with heavy foot traffic. The uncut loops create a textured surface that effectively hides dirt and footprints, maintaining a clean appearance over time.
Cut Loop carpet
Best for: Hotels, hospitality spaces, multi-use lounges, and reception areas.
Why choose cut and loop rugs?
This combination of cut and uncut loops offers both texture and pattern, adding depth and visual interest. Ideal for spaces where a balance of durability and unique design is required, such as boutique hotels or upscale offices.

cut pile carpet
Best for: Residential spaces, private offices, and luxury retail.
Why choose cut pile?
The cut pile carpet smooth, velvety surface exudes comfort and elegance, making it the go-to option for interiors where luxury is paramount. Perfect for high-end residential projects or premium retail spaces where softness and visual refinement are key.
Rya rug
Best for: Cozy residential spaces, lounge areas, and creative breakout zones.
Why choose Rya Pile?
With its long, shaggy fibers, a Rya rug brings warmth, texture, and a relaxed aesthetic to spaces. It’s an excellent choice for creating a statement piece in Scandinavian-inspired homes or informal areas where a sense of comfort and softness is desired.

Backing
Once the front surface is tufted, a stabilising layer is applied to the back to secure the fibres and maintain the rug’s shape.
This layer provides structure and stability, while an anti-slip mesh keeps the rug firmly in place, preventing movement.
