Product description
Some spaces need more privacy than an open sheer can offer, without the weight of a heavy curtain. WABI meets that need by bringing the material presence of a heavier textile into a lighter, semi-transparent construction that adds greater privacy and a more sheltered feel without closing the room off from daylight.
Its bouclé yarn is twisted from seven threads in harmonised shades and held by fine warp threads in a subtle grid. Despite its structured surface, the fabric remains light and fluid, with a soft, natural drape that gently filters daylight while keeping contours and movement visible. The result is a tactile, textured expression with greater privacy than an open sheer.
In wave curtain systems, the regular folds bring out the bouclé structure and fluid drape. The design is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, which values simplicity, natural variation and the beauty of imperfection.
