Meet Kenneth
The man behind the printed fabrics at Almedahls.
As a skilled printer, Kenneth brings our textiles to life, ensuring every design is printed with precision and care. He has been with Almedahls since 1998 – that’s an incredible 27 years of dedication. When asked why he’s stayed with us for so long (and hopefully many more years to come), he credits the great colleagues and supportive leadership. Feeling heard and valued is what makes Almedahls special to him.
Meet Saki
One of our talented designers.
Saki joined the Design Department in April 2021. She started at Almedahls as an intern after completing her education and working in the design and textile field in Japan. She moved to Sweden with a passion for Scandinavian textile design and interiors.
Saki specialises in curating collections for our Home products from our extensive pattern archive, designing custom-ordered rugs, and painting new fabric calendars since 2023. With a background spanning both Japan and Sweden, she brings a unique blend of perspectives to everything she creates.
Meet Maria
For six years, Maria has been a vital part of our supply team. She’s often the friendly voice behind your calls and emails—resolving issues, answering inquiries, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
The supply department plays a key role in ensuring that orders, logistics, and customer communication all come together seamlessly—something Maria handles with calm and care every day.
Beyond her daily tasks, Maria is also one of our rug experts and is responsible for all in-house decorating here at Almedahls. Her eye for detail and sense of aesthetics help bring our spaces to life.
She enjoys the variety her role brings, working across both public space solutions and home products. As she puts it, “You don’t get bored at Almedahls; there’s always something to learn.”
Introducing Marinela
Marinela is one of our invaluable team members here at Almedahls and has been with us for nearly 22 years.
She plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—handling measurements, managing picking and packaging, and above all, making sure our Home orders are sent out correctly and on time.
With her deep experience and sharp attention to detail, Marinela is a cornerstone in our order handling process, helping ensure that deliveries arrive as expected and that no detail is overlooked.
When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Marinela highlights the wonderful colleagues she’s surrounded by each day.
